Make it with Becky’s Jam!

Cranberry Explosion Jam was used in this glaze recipe for pork loin. It was beyond delicious but also a perfect pairing with chicken or dipping wings! Recipe as follows:

1 Jar Cranberry Explosion Jam

1/4 Cup Orange Juice

2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

1 Tbs Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme

Salt/Pepper to Taste (Optional)

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk until blended. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer for (5) minutes or until the glaze coats the back of your spoon.
